I know this isn't really a review but it is a video I made that I thought you guys may like. Please tell me what you think.

Kingdom Hearts OST

The Kingdom Hearts OST is the soundtrack for the first Kingdom Hearts game. This soundtrack includes songs from the original game and it also contains some remixes of songs. If you are - at all - a fan Kingdom Hearts, then I definitely recommend checking out this soundtrack. I especially recommend this if you are a fan of instrumental music. The variety of songs on this soundtrack is what makes it great. The songs vary from slow and sad to fast paced and exciting. Another interesting thing about the soundtrack is that it has many remade classic Disney songs on it. Of course, it also includes Utada Hikaru's "Hikari" (English version is known as "Simple and Clean"), which is the theme song of the first game and it is - to this day - one of my favorite songs. If you have ever played the English version of the game, then the theme you heard was "Simple and Clean," which is NOT in this OST. Personally, the Japanese version of this song sounds better. I go so far as to recommend this to anyone, even if they've never played the game, because the songs are still amazing. Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, this soundtrack gets a 9. Keep in mind, though, that this rating may be slightly biased due to nostalgia I have from playing the game.

Explanation

When the blog was undergoing maintenance, I was working on another project with Zangetsu that I had planned to announce earlier. However, there have been some difficulties with the project, so the maintenance has ended and I am not able to show you what I have been working on, yet. I know that this is a disappointment, but I do plan to write a post tomorrow. So, you should expect some content coming soon. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

The Future of The Blog & Steve Jobs

The Media and Computer Blog hasn't had a post for a while, and I know that this has happened several times but right now I am working on ways to make the content on this blog more appealing to future readers. I will be working on getting new writers so we can have more constant content, and I also plan to get some gameplay videos of video games to post on the blog (no guarantees). Hopefully, by November, I will have more content available on this blog. If you are interested in becoming a writer for The Media and Computer Blog, then feel free to use the contact button and send us a sample of your work. If you want to become a part of this blog I encourage you to apply because it would be great to have different people sharing their opinions on technology and media.

More importantly, Steve Jobs has recently passed away. Whether you liked him or not, there is no denying that the devices that he (along with the people at Apple)has made have revolutionized the world of media and technology. Steve Jobs has truly made technology like “magic,” by using it to connect people and media together. So I hope everyone remembers that Steve Jobs was not only successful business man, but he was also an inspiration.

R.I.P. Steve Jobs (1955-2011)

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D Review

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D is a 3D remake of the classic action-adventure game for the Nintendo 64. Ocarina of Time 3D brings back everything from the original Ocarina of Time and Master Quest with a new 3D look. Along with adding new 3D features to the game, the developers also improved the graphics of the game, even when the player is not playing in 3D, which creates a much more interesting playing experience. The gameplay feels very similar to that of the Nintendo 64 game. However, the 3D does make the game feel much more immersive and realistic than it did on the Nintendo 64. The great thing about this game is that the developers didn't change anything in the storyline, which means that the player gets the same experience he would've had on the Nintendo 64. However, the player gets to experience it in a portable 3D world, instead.
The story centers around the main protagonist, Link, who has to to stop the evil Gannondorf from getting the Triforce. The Triforce has the power to grant the wish of the anyone who touches it.
Overall, I highly recommend getting this game if the player have a 3DS, because it is definitely one of the best games currently out on the 3DS. Also, it is still one of the best games ever created. Ocarina of Time for the 3DS gets a well deserved 10 out of 10.
